Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

This Refund Policy summarizes the refund terms that apply when you purchase the Outside-In Commercial Diagnostic or another paid service from M.P. Alexander & Co. LLC, d/b/a Wild Thyme Studios & Consulting. The full terms governing your purchase are in our Terms of Service. If anything below conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

Introductory guarantee

For the first 10 purchases of the Outside-In Commercial Diagnostic at the introductory price, if you do not find the report genuinely useful, you may request a full refund within 5 business days after Wild Thyme sends the completed report. You do not need to show a fault in the report, and you do not need to give a reason beyond that.

Where this guarantee differs from the standard terms below, this guarantee applies. For eligible introductory purchases, we will honor refund requests received within five business days of delivery without requiring you to justify your dissatisfaction. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, demonstrable abuse, or unlawful conduct, to the extent permitted by law. Disagreement with the findings, recommendations, or usefulness of the report is not grounds for refusal.

Wild Thyme determines the order of purchases from its own records and will tell you whether your purchase is covered if you ask before buying or at any point afterwards. Once the first 10 are taken, the standard terms below apply and the introductory price may also change.

Outside that guarantee, refunds are limited and are not a general satisfaction guarantee.

You may request a refund within 5 business days after Wild Thyme sends the completed report if you believe there is a material problem with the report, a delivery issue, or another reasonable basis for the request.

A “business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and any posted studio closures.

Refund requests must be sent to:

studio@wildthymestudios.com

Please include the email address used for your order and enough information for us to identify the purchase and evaluate the request.

A report is considered sent when Wild Thyme sends it to the email address associated with your order or otherwise makes it available through the delivery method used by Wild Thyme.

Wild Thyme may approve or deny refund requests in its reasonable discretion, except where a refund is required by law.

Refunds may be denied for:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse of the service
  • Chargeback misuse
  • Unlawful submissions
  • Bad-faith use
  • Violation of the Terms of Service
  • Use of the report after requesting a refund
  • Disagreement with subjective analysis, tone, prioritization, or recommendations (this one does not apply under the introductory guarantee above)
  • Failure to achieve a business, technical, visibility, revenue, ranking, or commercial outcome
  • Requests based on information that was inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading when submitted by you

If Wild Thyme issues a refund before the report has been completed or delivered, Wild Thyme is released from any obligation to prepare, complete, revise, or deliver the report.

If Wild Thyme issues a refund after the report has been delivered, your license to use the report ends unless Wild Thyme states otherwise in writing. After a refund, you must stop using the report and may not rely on it for business decisions or continue using any part of it internally or externally.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

For the full set of terms that govern your purchase, including delivery timeline, intellectual property, and limits of liability, see the Terms of Service.
